Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are expected to be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received.
We utilise the Australia Post Parcel Post service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details directly from Australia Post.

If an item is out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as new stock arrives.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15 for all orders under $100.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Express Post: Flat rate of $25, regardless of order value.

  • Bulky Orders: Larger or heavier items may incur additional shipping fees.
    If your order contains a bulky item, we will contact you directly with a shipping quote and invoice before dispatch.

Express Post

Please note that Express Post is not available at this time.
All orders are sent via standard Parcel Post with tracking through Australia Post.
